EzRecall may offer both free and paid plans. Paid subscriptions may be billed through app stores (Apple / Google) or other payment processors. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Fees are generally non-refundable unless required by applicable law or explicitly stated otherwise.

You may stop using EzRecall or request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, misuse the Service, or create a risk of harm or liability for us or others.
All rights in the EzRecall software, user interface design, logos, and brand elements are owned by EzBZSoft. You may not copy, resell, rebrand, or create derivative services using EzRecall without our prior written permission.
We may update EzRecall and these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we may notify you by email or in-app notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Alberta, Canada. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service will be resolved in the courts located in Calgary, Alberta, unless otherwise required by law.
